Music Clinic Cadets please be at the Armouries for 1330hrs with everything on your kit list. Bus will be leaving at 1430hrs. You will be returning on the 22nd for 2300hrs. It will be a long drive so bring something to keep yourself busy.

CFA (Cadet Fitness Assessment) – NO UNIFORMS, please wear appropriate civilian gym clothing and bring a water bottle. Indoor running shoes preferred.
