Returning cadets must turn in their annual validation paperwork right away to jump into training.
Important: Detailed Health Questionnaires (DHQs) need to be approved before taking part in activities outside our regular Tuesday nights. Complete yours early so our team can process it quickly!
🆕 New Cadet Enrollment
We’ve streamlined our sign-up process! New cadets can now complete the online application first, then bring physical supporting documents to the armouries for staff verification.
🗣️ Spread the Word!
Training is officially back in session! Please check in with fellow cadets and families to make sure everyone is up to speed on updates.
Know someone interested in joining? Invite them along! Registration stays open through May, and youth are welcome to join anytime on or after their 12th birthday.

🎯 Marksmanship Team Tryouts
Open to all new and returning cadets! Tryouts run over several weeks on Mondays from 18:00 to 20:00 (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM). Sign up at the unit!
Aircrew Survival Team
Beginning October 1st, sign-up sheet is in the armouries. Open to all new and returning cadets! Thursdays from 18:30 to 21:00 (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM).
Band
Beginning October 4th, sign-up sheet is in the armouries. Open to all new and returning cadets! Sundays with timings to be confirmed.

It is that time of year again—the 577 RCACS training year for 2026–2027 is about to commence!
When: September 1st, 2026 | 18:30 – 21:00 (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Who: All New Registrants & Returning cadets, With at least one parent/guardian
During this evening, returning cadets and parents must attend to complete annual paperwork, update personal information, renew health questionnaires, and exchange uniform pieces. Cadets are free to leave once their paperwork is completed, as there will be no regular training this night.
Note for Senior Cadets: Senior cadets (including those advancing to Level 4) are requested to remain for approximately 30 minutes following registration for briefings and to review expectations. Exact timings will be communicated closer to the date.
If your cadet will not be returning to the squadron this year, please bring their complete uniform back on September 1st and inform unit staff so we can close out their file.
September 1st is also our New Cadet Recruitment Night! Please spread the word to family and friends about our program and encourage interested youth to attend.
First Official Night of Training: September 8th, starting at 18:30.
Squadron Calendar: Yearly activities and optional evening programs will be added gradually as details and dates are confirmed.
