Annual Ceremonial Review – Mandatory event for all cadets.
Cadets are to arrive at the Bowe’s Gardens (located in the Bonnetts Energy Centre) for 1200hrs in civilian attire (MAKE SURE YOU EAT BEFORE ARRIVING, BRING WATER). Please bring all parts of your dress uniforms (C1 – Orders of Dress Reference) with you to the centre with all the ironing, polishing and sewing already done.
Ceremony itself will begin at 1530hrs (3:30pm), with doors opening for spectators at 1500hrs (3:00pm). Expected finish time is 1800hrs (6pm)

Last Night of the Year BBQ – 1830-2130hrs at D-Coy Armouries. BBQ open to immediate family members as well as cadets. After the SSC’s Annual General Meeting and remarks from staff for year end announcements an “unofficial” waterfight will be occurring. (Cadets prepare for battle!!)

June 4th ACR (Annual Ceremonial Review – FINAL Parade of the year – Mandatory for all cadets, event will start at 3:30pm. Cadet start time will be earlier in the day, that time will be finalized in the coming days)
SQUADRON SPONSORING COMMITTEE:
Every first Tuesday of the month is a Parent/ SSC Board Meeting @ 630pm at the Armouries. Next meeting June 6, 2023
June 6, 2023 is the Annual General Meeting held at the D-Coy from 630-730pm, all parents are welcome and encouraged to attend as many large decision will be made and gives you a more detailed look at how the SSC provides many opportunities to our cadets.

Please ensure that your contact information is up to date with the office. If you’ve moved, change phone numbers, got a new email, etc make sure you inform the office so can ensure your information is up to date and accurate.
Parents you are highly encouraged to come into the armouries during closing announcements/parade. That way you can hear all the information directly! We normally start them around 915pm
