Website Calendar Update
Please note we are aware of the Mobile based website having issue with the calendar and other pages, and are currently working on resolving those issues. At this time the web based site will be the best to look at needed information.

- 1830 – 2100hrs – Meet & Greet Potluck for immediate families of cadets only. Below is a list of food items to bring for the potluck, please ensure any dishes or serving utensils are labelled clearly with your name. It is also requested that all items have an ingredients list with them to avoid any food allergy or sensitivity concerns.

- Remembrance Day Ceremonies – Nov 11th, 2025 – all cadets are required to attend a ceremony. More information on which ceremony your cadet will attend will be out shortly.
SQUADRON SPONSORING COMMITTEE:
Parent/SSC Board Meeting @ 630pm in the DCoy on Oct 21st. First meeting with be Oct 21st at Swanavon school across the road from the armouries.
Cash Calendars and Chocolate sales have begun and are available from the SSC on Tuesdays.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Please ensure any absences are texted (preferred) or voice-mail to the squadron number – 780-538-3610 via the Admin line (Ext 0), the training line is for training specific questions not attendance. Emailed absences will not be accepted!
- Parents you are highly encouraged to come into the armouries during closing announcements/parade. That way you can hear all the information directly! We normally start them around 915pm.
- If any of your personal information has changed (address, phone number, etc) please inform the Admin Office so that we can update files!
