This week: 

  • IMPORTANT: Cadet Code of Conduct
    • All cadets were sent home with a Cadet Code of Conduct. These MUST be read through and signed by both the cadet AND parent, then brought back to the squadron office as soon as possible.
  • Medal Applications – Due by Feb 15
  • Power Familiarization Flights – open to all cadets
    • Cadets interested in going on a small aircraft familiarization flight please use the following form to sign up. Flight times are subject to change based on weather. Cadets selected for flights will be contacted directly.

SQUADRON SPONSORING COMMITTEE: 

Parent/SSC Board Meeting @ 630pm in the DCoy on the third Tuesday of every month. Next meeting with be Feb 10th at Swanavon school across the road from the armouries.

Cash Calendars and Chocolate sales have begun and are available from the SSC on Tuesdays.

 

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Please ensure any absences are texted (preferred) or voice-mail to the squadron number – 780-538-3610 via the Admin line (Ext 0), the training line is for training specific questions not attendance. Emailed absences will not be accepted!
  • Parents you are highly encouraged to come into the armouries during closing announcements/parade. That way you can hear all the information directly! We normally start them around 915pm.
  • If any of your personal information has changed (address, phone number, etc) please inform the Admin Office so that we can update files!
  • Website Calendar Update
    Please note we are aware of the Mobile based website having issue with the calendar and other pages, and are currently working on resolving those issues. At this time the web based site will be the best to look at needed information.
